I have been using your red light mat for about 2 weeks now, the results at first very basically none. Then at about 10 days I noticed that the pain in my hips had decreased somewhat. This has allowed me to move and do more which in turn has also helped. This morning, after a fairly busy day yesterday I’m pain free! The back story; I’m a 71 year old male who had left hip replacement surgery march of 2025. I’ve had an active life, I’ve skied since age 5, raced motorcycles, hiked, hunted big game, took regular family camping trips. Also had my share of injuries, but been blessed with always healing up pretty well. This surgery has been very different. The post surgical pain never really left. I followed doctor’s recommendation for post surgical rehab to the letter. The pain and stiffness would not go away. This limited my activity level substantially. I’ve been to different docs, tried collagen supplements, various exercises and stretching routines, but nothing really helped. A friend recommended your therapy mat, with everything I had tried previously, I figured I’d try it. To date I’m impressed to say the least. It’s a non-invasive product that is very easy to use, soothing while in use, and a great value as the price is very reasonable. All I can say is, if you’ve tried all the other therapies without measurable results, give this try.

Reliable and effective red light/LED/Laser Therapy devices. I started purchasing approximately 2 years ago. I suffer from lower back pain and thought I’d try red light therapy. It seems to relieve my pain and hopefully will improve with use. It feels good when I use it. I especially like the vibration and heat.

I’ve only been using the product for one week, but my back hasn’t felt as tight as it did prior to using it. My wife also is using it on her face and is happy with the results. I am a big fan of red light and nova makes a terrific product. Anytime I’ve had a problem anytime I’ve needed help. They have been exceptionally nice quick and helpful. My oldest daughter brought her Novaa red light therapy mat with her when she visited me about a month ago. She had me use it on my low back and hip, because I was experiencing significant pain. I bought the novalaab product to help me manage my chronic back pain caused by arthritis and other things. I turn it on for 15 minutes, wear the belt and feel the heat cover my lower back. My product worked right out of the box sort of, just didn't recharge. I sent out a email, Ann in support team responded. She did a fantastic job keeping me up to date. The replacement took quite a while. I was told that you had run out of stock is was during Easter it's brand new. That it would be some time after the 21st of April. So Support team gets a A+. What was a bothersome was the product works amazing well on the treated areas. I find it odd the battery pack doesn't show a battery level. There ends up being alot of guessing how many times you have used it, and if your wrong it's shuts off mid stream. Its ok, but a product like this needs a battery level on it for sure. I don't know if your other products do or not. This was a missed opportunity. Maybe you might be able to add APP Version in the future. The replacement delivery courier that was used and how the battery pack was packaged was done poorly. The the battery replacement was placed in a thin bubble wrap envelope bag the battery itself was not packaged in a protective way. It was loosely floating in the shipping bag and when the courier dropped it off. That's what he did. He didn't deliver it, he tossed it in the air and let it smack in the front door patio. I had sent a email to Ann and let's her know, and she let me know that was not done to your standards. So shipping replacement prices needs some attention. The red-light therapy side of things, this really works for me and my dad who both deal with chronic pain. I wish I would of had this 3 years ago. I have issues with pain in back of my neck and lower back. From the reviews, I thought Novaa Back Pad would be the answer to resolving those issues. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. The heat from the red lights felt good, but could have used a heating pad for similar results. As for the vibration points, I did not feel much vibration. But, it sounds as if you are. I am returning mine as I did not get the results I was expecting.

The Novaa red light system helps my joint pain, so I am grateful to have it. I use it daily. The remote control button failed at a time when I was struggling with terrible back pain and I was frustrated to have to wait for a replacement. I guess that's a good sign about the effectiveness of the product. Also, the controls are not easy to use at first.

I had some confusion when I ordered the backpad, and did not realize it was a pre-order and would be delivered after the order date. When I contacted them, they were very kind in informing me what was happening. I was very excited when my order came in, and I had a small learning curve, but when I emailed them, they were very prompt and kind. I permitted them to have a good laugh at me. I'm loving my back pad, using it every day, and I feel like it is making a difference in my lower back.

I have extreme back pain everyday of my life. I have many problems in my back that no surgery would help. I also have bursitis on my left leg. Since I’ve been using my red lights my quality of life has changed to get through my day. I use them every evening at the end of my day. I can’t live without them. I am very happy with my purchases.
